Supply Chain-Led Growth Advisory

Your growth isn't stuck in sales. It's stuck in flow.

I help CEOs, CXOs and owners of supply chain-driven businesses unlock sustainable revenue and profitability growth — by solving the operational bottlenecks across logistics, processes, teams and execution that are quietly capping it.

No obligation. No template pitch. Just an honest read on your flow.

The problem

If your supply chain is the constraint, you already know the feeling.

It rarely shows up as a supply chain problem. It shows up as a sales problem, a cash problem, a board problem — and every month, it's a little worse.

01

Sales lost to empty shelves

While the warehouse groans under stock nobody asked for.

02

Cash buried in inventory

The board keeps asking about it. Nobody can say what's truly needed.

03

Freight eating your margin

Cost-to-serve creeps up faster than revenue, quietly.

04

Every month ends in heroics

Dispatch skews to the last week; good people burn out.

05

Functions argue, not decide

S&OP is a meeting, not a decision system.

06

The ERP went live, the discipline didn't

The system reports the chaos beautifully.

What's at stake

Two roads from here. Only one of them ends well.

Nothing about a broken supply chain fixes itself. It compounds — quietly, then all at once.

If nothing changes

The road you're already on

  • ✕ Sales you'll never get back, lost to empty shelves.
  • ✕ Every rupee of growth mortgaged against "inventory."
  • ✕ Freight and warehousing quietly eating your margin.
  • ✕ Months ending in expediting, escalation, apologies.
  • ✕ A brilliant team, burning out on heroics.
With the flow fixed

The road available to you

  • ✓ Shelves that stay full — a fill rate sales can promise.
  • ✓ Cash unlocked from stock, redeployed into growth.
  • ✓ A cost-to-serve you can defend as volumes climb.
  • ✓ One number the leadership team runs on, monthly.
  • ✓ Predictable months that end in results, not fire drills.
The guide

Thirty-five years on the inside, not the sidelines.

I've carried the P&L, not just advised on it — leading supply chain and operations at Goodyear, Britannia, Dabur, Apollo Tyres, PepsiCo, Philips, Nitco and ITC, managing logistics spends up to ₹300 crore, teams of up to 80, and networks spanning 50+ plants and 120 warehouses.

I'm now also completing certification as a business coach, to help leadership teams build the judgement and decision discipline that make these gains outlast any single engagement.

The plan

Four moves, in this order — not a hundred initiatives at once.

Every engagement runs the same disciplined sequence: fix the flow, then the economics, then make the gains stick — and stick around as your team's coach.

01Expand

Expand Market Reach

Raise availability and fulfilment reliability so supply chain capability turns into revenue.

02Optimise

Optimise Economics

Improve cost-to-serve and inventory productivity so growth produces stronger margin and cash.

03Defend

Defend The Advantage

Lock in execution reliability and operating discipline — a moat that's genuinely hard to copy.
